Return Policy:

No money or credit card refunds are allowed.

White Items Are Final Sale.

One Size Items Are Final Sale.

Please send us a text message to 787-238-5618 with your exchange request to be approved. We reserve the right to deny any return without a reasonable reason.

Exchanges without approving will be return to the sender.

Store credit will be granted within 3 days since the merchandise arrives at your box. All Credits are valid for 30 days.

If the order is for Store Pick-Up you will have 5 days since the purchase to return it. 

Swimwear, bodysuits, white clothing, accessories, One Size and Sale Items are final sale and they cannot be returned.

Customer will be responsible for all returning shipping costs. Your online credit must be used ENTIRELY in your NEW PURCHASE.  Any remaining balance is NOT carried over. 

Merchandise obtained with a store credit cannot be exchanged and will be considered a final sale.  

All orders properly dispatched, will have a cancellation fee of 50% of the purchase. 

Holiday season purchases will be Final Sale. (November 1 -January 6)
