You can choose pick-up at store method when you checkout and visit us to one of our stores in Humacao or Old San Juan, Puerto Rico.

You should pick up your order within 5 days from your purchase.

Please give us 24 hours to process your order.

Do you want your order to be delivered at home? No problem!!!

All Orders over $100 are Free Shipping.

If not, your Flat Rate is $6 for PR and US.

For special deliveries please let us now at checkout.

Puerto Rico Orders: You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days after being shipped out.

US Orders: You can expect your order to arrive within 4-6 days after being shipped out.

Please notice that Y Boutique is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen due to USPS.

We can assure you that we will trace your package and do everything in our power to locate it. 

If the customer enters their address incorrectly, Y boutique will not refund the shipping cost. The customer is responsible to cover the cost once the package arrives again to be re-send.
